he was raised by divorced parents, where he lived with his mother in New York. his father was never really in the picture and his mother was no better, always out doing whatever she wanted. she left dakota in the home to raise himself, leading to his abilities of stealing, gambling, and finding any way he can to get cash. even in his adult life, he has never found it easy to settle down or to grab a stable job due to his criminal record. he had been caught many times for his illegal street racing, the one thing that made him big money. he is covered in old scars from gang fights, racing accidents, and other illegal activities that he doesn't share. he tends to be very closed off.

due to the instability, he doesn't trust easy which has left him a loner for majority of his life. when the topic of love comes around, he states that he doesn't believe in it due to the fact he had never seen it. one day, he hopes to find the one person that will cause him to turn his entire world upside down. in the meantime, he resides anywhere and everywhere, trying his best to lay low and out of the spotlight so he isn't forced behind bars again. he tends to ride his motorcycle as a way to escape and to full his need for speed. if you cross paths with him, good luck because he is one tough cookie to crack and is not afraid to get violent if needed.
